THIS IS NOT a 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche, (its a 2008 that sold on here some time ago) but it looks the most like the one my family uses as a daily, which is. This is one of the best cares GM came up with in the early 2000s, basically if a Silverado and a Suburban had a baby, it would be this. Its hallmark, which is now seen on the new Silverado EV, and I personally think should be made more widespread, the midgate! It allows you to remove the wall of the back of the passenger compartment, allowing you to fit longer items without having to open the tailgate. You can also just remove the rear glass for some nice airflow. The beauty of this is that you can put in aftermarket accessories here, like speakers! The included tonneau cover is nice too. It even tows, as we've done quite a few times. Plus, you get all the stuff of the GMT800 (or GMT900 if its a 2nd gen), so plenty of existing aftermarket support. This is one quirky and cool SUT!
